I am early in my career — is there a path into cybersecurity here?
Absolutely. Many of our analysts started at Level 1 and grew into senior detection, response, and forensics roles. We pair structured training with mentorship so you can advance as fast as your skills allow.
What does growth from SOC Analyst look like?
Analysts can progress from Level 1 to Level 2, then into specialisations such as threat hunting, incident response, or detection engineering — and on to leadership roles like SOC Manager.
Do I need experience in OT or industrial environments?
It is a plus, not a requirement. If you are curious about operational technology and critical infrastructure, we will help you build that expertise on the job.
